Refund Policy

At Mother of Life Doula, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our herbal products and wellness items, we have the following refund policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Herbal Products

For health and safety reasons, all herbal products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened herbal products, teas, bath herbs, or wellness blends.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Doula Services

Deposits for doula services are non-refundable, as they reserve your place on our calendar and ensure our availability for your care.

Refunds for prepaid services may be considered only if outlined in your signed client agreement.

Physical Products

Unused, unopened non-herbal products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
